You must be at least 18 years of age to use this portal. By using the portal, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Our services are intended for individual use only.

Healtrix uses "magic link" authentication. When you request a login, a unique link is sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Any access to the portal through a link sent to your email will be deemed as access by you. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The Healtrix portal is a tool for collecting clinical data and screening for health conditions. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The results provided are for screening purposes only.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including thoughts of self-harm or harm to others, contact emergency services (999 or 111 in the UK, 911 in the US) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading health information.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the portal.
• Use the portal for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the portal or its servers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Healtrix name, logo, and all original content, features, and functionality of the portal are owned by Healtrix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healtrix and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the portal.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
